Circa 2008-2009
Pure Adrenaline was a Ford F-150 monster truck owned by Randy Brown out of Camden, North Carolina. Randy debuted the truck in 2000, and drove Pure Adrenaline until 2003 when he joined Team Grave Digger. Frank Krmel would drive Pure Adrenaline for a few years, and Steve Sims would drive it in 2007. Carl Van Horn and Ricky Brantley drove the truck for a few occasions in 2009, and Sims would drive the truck a couple times in 2010 on the Stone Crusher chassis.
