Grave Digger 20th Anniversary was a special body ran during 2002 with Dennis Anderson behind the wheel of the primary truck, being Grave Digger 14 (although Charlie Pauken would also run the body on Grave Digger 15 for the Monster Jam World Finals 3 encore). Dennis' truck was redesigned to feature large tombstones across the side of the truck, emblazoned with previous incarnations of Grave Digger, including Grave Digger 1 as the red primer truck, the blue grain truck, "Grandma", as well as Grave Digger 12. A fifth tombstone read "20 Years". The logo was redesigned as well to feature the Grave Digger 20th anniversary logo, making it one of the few Grave Digger's to not feature the "Ghost Mountain" on the side of the truck. All other Grave Digger trucks ran the standard paint schemes, although with the 20th anniversary logo placed on the roof.

Trivia[]

  • It is speculated that Dennis' chassis was intended to be painted white for the season as the toys and the truck's model in Monster Jam: Maximum Destruction shows the chassis with that color.
  • While the truck's theme song was Bad to the Bone by George Thorogood, a promotional song was produced by FirstCom for Grave Digger's 20th Anniversary, known as "Six Feet Under". It was used in the credit roll for the 20th Anniversary VHS.
