Dual-Freestyle is a type of freestyle where two trucks run the track at once. This was common in Monster Jam in the late 1990's and early 2000's, but is rare nowadays. During the type's usage, commentators for TNN (Scott Douglass being one of them) tended to not bring up the fact that two trucks were freestyling at once, only focusing on one truck even if the other was in plain sight. Nowadays, duel freestyles are almost exclusively used for encores.
