Maverik Monster Trakker was a Chevrolet Silverado monster truck driven by Ron Duncombe out of Utah.
History[]
The truck was derived from and sponsored by the Maverik convenience stores based out of Utah, and has appeared at the Rocky Mountain Raceway event every year along with other monster truck events in Utah and surrounding states. Monster Trakker was featured in Nitro Circus: The Movie 3D alongside 25 Thrillbillies. Its original chassis was formerly the rear-engine Monster Patrol. That chassis was sold in 2015 and became Sniper. The second truck was sold in 2021. It became Zeus.
Trivia[]
- Due to the name and sponsor logo being equally sized, the truck was often referred to as Maverik, despite Maverik only being the sponsor. This was common in Monster Jam especially.
- The truck also ran as just Monster Trakker for one year & replaced with a different sponsor or none at all.
