Sampson was a Toyota Hilux monster truck driven by Sam Xuereb out of Victoria, Australia since 1999. The truck was Sam's first and one of the earliest Australian trucks with a chassis similar to Carolina Crusher II. This truck also ran as Raw Steel in 2014. It was also one of the few trucks to run a Toyota body. Thrasher & Dominator are some examples. The truck has also run as Penthouse. The truck was purchased by director George Miller's production crew and was cut up and reconstructed to make a monster sized tow wrecker for Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. It is unknown if the truck will return in the future.
