Bell Helmet was a Hot Wheels toy released in 2001. This truck was bundled with a Bell bicycle helmet and a water bottle and it was never made in real-life. It uses the WCW Nitro Machine, Mine Blower, Scarlet Bandit, Flashfire & Bounty Hunter casting.
