Dustin Brown (born October 2nd, 1982) is a semi-retired monster truck driver and crew chief out of Tampa, Florida. He was most famous for being Dennis Anderson's crew chief from 2005-2013, as well as driving Monster Mutt Junkyard Dog in 2016.

Career[]

Dustin's career in monster trucks began in 2005 as he became the new crew chief for Dennis Anderson's Grave Digger and continued until 2013.

From 2009-2013, he served as a relief driver such as:

In 2013, he began competing full time in Wolverine. He then moved to Iron Man in 2014 and drove one of the Doom's Day's at the World Finals 15 encore.

In 2015 for the Fox Sports 1 Championship Series he drove Monster Mutt, winning three freestyle events and appearing in his first Monster Jam World Finals as finishing in the top three.

In 2016, he drove a new truck called Monster Mutt Junkyard Dog for the Fox Sports 1 Championship Series. In the second Glendale show, he would drive Zombie.

In 2017, he did not appear as a regular driver, however, would fill in for Jon Zimmer driving Dragon in Minneapolis and San Diego.

In 2018, Dustin served as a fill-in driver for certain trucks, like Northern Nightmare in Wichita.

He currently works as the fleet logistics manager for Monster Jam. He would make a temporary return in 2021 as a fill-in for Bernard Lyght in Alien Invasion in Sacramento after an incident involving smacking the wall.

In 2023, he filled in for Bernard Lyght again, this time driving Megalodon in Pittsburgh.
