Clown Town was a Monster Jam Hot Wheels toy released in 2005. This truck was never made in real-life. Some of the clowns from the truck's livery look similar to the clowns on Chill Out. Since both trucks are fictitious, it is likely that Hot Wheels reused some of the image decals.
