Bailey Shea Williams (often referred to as Bailey Shea) (Born November 19th, 1989) is a retired monster truck driver from Chillicothe, Missouri. She has driven ATV's before driving monster trucks, and she was most famous for driving Scooby-Doo! and Quad Chaos. She most recently drove Monster Mutt Dalmatian for the 2023 Monster Jam season.

Early life[]

At birth, Shea was originally diagnosed with a life-threatening illnesses and doctors stated she would be unable to live to see the age of 11. Despite the setbacks, Shea was able to overcome her illnesses, and eventually found her passion in motorsports at age 15.

ATV/Quad career[]

Shea began racing ATV's and quads at the age of 15. Throughout her career, she would win a total of 19 championships, and became the world's youngest female racer to win Women's Class, Production A Class, and Production B Class. During her career, Shea was invited to compete in her first Quad Wars competition in Monster Jam at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. Eventually, Shea would join FELD Motorsports to begin her monster truck career.

Monster truck career[]

FELD Motorsports (2015-18)[]

Shea began her monster truck career by driving Scooby-Doo! in the inaugural More Monster Jam Series in 2015. She would finish sixth in the series, and would later be invited to compete in the Young Guns Shootout at Monster Jam World Finals XVI. During the event, she would be eliminated in round 2 by Andrew Peckham in The Patriot.

In 2016, Shea competed in the West Coast Monster Jam Amsoil Series. During the series, she would score her first overall event championship in Spokane, and would finish fifth in the standings. She would eventually be invited to compete in the Young Guns Shootout again at Monster Jam World Finals XVII, where she would be eliminated in round 1 by Jared Eichelberger in Max-D.

In 2017, Shea entered her final year of driving Scooby-Doo, competing in the Monster Jam Triple Threat Series East. She would finish sixth in the series, and would later be invited to compete in the Double Down Showdown at Monster Jam World Finals XVIII. During the event, she would be eliminated in round 1 by Eric Swanson in Obsessed. Shea would later leave FELD Motorsports by the end of the season.

Badlands Racing (2019-2022) and Team Throttle Monster (2022-2023)[]

In 2019, it was announced by Badlands Racing that Shea would become the new driver for Quad Chaos, succeeding the truck's original driver, Aaron Cain, after his retirement by the end of the season. Shea would enter her first full year of competition in the truck the following year, competing primarily in the 2021 Toughest Monster Truck Tour. She would finish fifth in the tour standings.

In 2021, Shea continued to drive Quad Chaos, sharing driving duties with crew chief Michael Hicks.

In 2022, Shea made her return to Monster Jam in September in Reno, Nevada driving Rockwell R.E.D.

In 2023, Shea returned to Monster Jam full time, driving Monster Mutt Dalmatian on Kamikaze for Team Throttle Monster on Arena Tour West as the teammate to David Olfert's Velociraptor. She finished 5th just below her teammate. She was originally scheduled to compete on Arena Championship Series West in 2024 as announced in September, but would announce her retirement in November on social media.
